Cathy Pacific Launched Multi-destination Special Flight Fares

The flag carrier of Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific Airline (CX) has recently announced special cheap flight fares for Asia and Australasia in the running year 2011.

The fares issued on January 05, 2011 branded “New Year Cxcitement Multi Stop Australasia 2011” supersede any previous fare listings. These amazing low fares are available for departure from London Heathrow airport to various destinations in Asia and Australasia in conjunction with (QF/BA) Qantas and British Airways.  The Cathay Pacific New Year Cxcitement Multi Stop Australasia 2011 special promotion is valid for departures between 01 February to 31 December 2011.


Travelers get to choose from a variety of destination selections including flights to Hong Kong, Flights to Manila,Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok in Asia and flights to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth in Australia can be selected as a multi destination holiday combination.

The route patterns can be availed for an Australia Holiday as well as a Manila or Bangkok holiday in combination with each other while stopover in Singapore as well as Hong Kong is available each way.

An example of itinerary is:

Heathrow – Hong Kong;

Hong Kong – Singapore;

Singapore – Sydney;

Sydney – Hong Kong;

Hong Kong – Heathrow.

Other route combinations are available with Beijing or Bangkok instead of Singapore, OR Shanghai instead of Singapore or Hong Kong. Beijing and Manila can also be combined with a Sydney holiday.

Also, instead of Sydney, travelers can book Melbourne, Perth or flights to Brisbane in combination with Heathrow, Hong Kong and Singapore route.

This is one of a kind offer introduced by Cathay Pacific where base fares (excl. taxes) start from as low as 440 GBP in season 23 April to 15 June, 2011. Also during peak season in June, August, September and November fares are available in 650 to 690 GBP Nett. Whereas, in December fares for these combinations range between 740 to 900 GBP excl. taxes.

Cathay is based at Hong Kong International Airport and its focus destinations are Bangkok and Taipei.
